I am writing regarding your request for information, which I received on 04/03/10. In that request, you asked us for:
the cost to the CSA from the total of
2009 for the following.
1. Defending injunctions
2. Obtaining liability orders
3. All legal costs relating to chasing debt
I will be unable to proceed with your request without clarification of the information you wish to receive. To help us do so, I would like to know the following:
What exactly do you mean when you refer to `defending injunctions?
Please note that if I do not receive appropriate clarification of your information requirements by 08/06/10, which is three months from the date of this letter then I will consider your request closed.
