I am writing to confirm that the Department has now completed its search for the information which you requested on 04/03/10. A response is listed below.
You requested that the Department “confirm for the latest three years for which figures are available, the gender breakdown of Resident Parent and Non Resident Parent”.
Our records show that in the Northern Ireland Child Maintenance and Enforcement Division the gender breakdown of Resident Parent (also known as Parent with Care) and Non Resident Parent are as follows:

On that date you also requested “For each gender, please confirm the percentage of successful claims and the percentage of each type of enforcement measures taken”
On 8th March 2010 an e-mail was sent to you to clarify the request.
On 20th April 2010 you replied
“Enforcement : measures taken by the CSA to enforce a payment to the CSA”
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by gender and is therefore not available from this Department
