I am writing regarding your request for information, which I received on 04/03/10. In that request, you asked us for:
each gender, please confirm the percentage of successful claims and the percentage of each type of enforcement measures taken.
I will be unable to proceed with your request without clarification of the information you wish to receive. To help us do so, I would like to know the following:
What exactly do you mean when you refer to enforcement measures taken?
