Thank you for your email of 3 March entitled ` Freedom of Information request - UK Charity funding Advertising'. Your request asked what action is being taken against any charity…..etc.
As your request does not ask for access to information held, but rather what action is being taken in this regard, it does not seem appropriate that it should be dealt with as a Freedom of Information request.
We will however contact the relevant Government department, and provide you with an official response by 30 March 2010.
