Dear Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust,
As of March 2010, please list details of the following:
All hospital areas which use Choose and Book for receiving
referrals of suspected cancer patients.
All hospital areas which do not use Choose and Book for receiving
referrals of suspected cancer patients but are currently undergoing
actions to change this.
All hospital areas which do not use Choose and Book for receiving
referrals of suspected cancer patient and are not currently
undergoing actions to change this.
For "undergoing actions", the definition is department having held
at least one meeting between your Choose and Book department and a
person from that department of Operations Manager or Consultant
level.
Please list either by internal hospital departments or Choose and
Book 2ww clinic types, including the name and details of the Choose
and Book service.

Further to your request for information regarding referrals of patients with suspected cancer.
Currently the Trust does not use Choose and Book for referrals of patients with suspected cancer.
A pilot to use C&B for 2ww breast referrals will commence 1 August 2010 with the aim of extending to other areas receiving 2ww cancer referrals.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision, you should write to:
