This Office does not hold information relevant to either of your requests and is unable to continue entering into correspondence on an issue which does not fall within our remit.

You will need to contact the IPCC direct about your complaint about Hampshire police. The IPCC are independent of Government and this Office can neither comment on, nor intervene with, a decision that the IPCC take about handling an individual complaint.
