Please find below the details of an enquiry from a customer.

It would be greatly appreciated if your team would respond as quickly as possible. Please also notify HAIL by Emailing HAIL Closed Calls or using the link on the attached Word doc when you have responded to the customer. HAIL is then able to track the record of each customer enquiry accurately.

HAIL enquiries from customers requiring a written response should be recorded on CRS (Correspondence Recording System).  The recording of business correspondence on the system is optional. For further guidance, please refer to your CRS manual or to Steve Cummins.

If the nature of the enquiry does not fall within your area of responsibility, please notify HAIL immediately by sending an Email to HAIL Closed Calls or by using the link on the attached Word doc. Timely response to our customers is an important part of the HAIL service. The aim is to build confidence in the ability of the HA to respond accurately and promptly.
