“Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like a copy of the original designation order for the Malvern Hills
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, including the original maps showing the boundary route.
(I understand that the order dates from prior to 1960, and that crown copyright lapses 50 years after publication.
Therefore there should be no copyright issues with these documents.)
I would prefer an electronic copy if possible, but I would be happy with a paper copy if not.”
