Dear Mr Shaffer,

Thank you for your email of 24 February 2010 where you have requested information about Cases Removed from Harmondsworth under the Detained Fast Track Procedure over a twelve month period in this case between 01/2/2009 -1/2/2010. This falls to be dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Your specific requests are as detailed below:

the Harmondsworth Detained Fast Track during the last 12 months, or

during the most recent period in which this data is available.

Provide this number with reference to the total number included

within the DFT scheme during this period (e.g. as a percentage).

releasing the individuals from the DFT scheme -i.e. Medical

Foundation Referral, Health Grounds, Complexity/Unsuitability of

case for DFT etc.
