REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT
I refer to your email of the 17th March, requesting an internal review of the response provided to your request for information.
I apologise that I have not been able to respond before now.
A Panel has now considered your request and the further information provided in your email of the 17th March. The Panel notes that you are seeking information in relation to complaints about noise at Lytham St Anne's Cricket Club.
The Panel notes that the original request was dealt with in a timely manner. In respect of the request itself, the Panel has considered that information relevant to the request should be provided.
Accordingly, I can confirm that from 1st January 2006 until the 19th April, 2010, there were 19 calls made relating to incidents at the Club for a variety of incidents. One of the incidents was a direct complaint relating to noise coming from the Club
