Re: Freedom of Information Request 
 
I am writing in response to your email of the 23rd February 2010.  We have considered 
your request under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  In your email you 
wrote: 
 
“I would like to know if any consultation meetings (With the Catholic Church) have taken 
place to mark the visit of the Bishop of Rome to Great Britain in 2010.   
 
And if any consultation meetings (with Reformed Churches) have been made relating to a 
stamp to mark the 450th anniversary of the Scottish Reformation.” 
 
Our Philatelic department has confirmed that no such consultation meetings relating to 
Royal Mail stamps have taken place.  Consequently, Royal Mail Group does not hold any 
information relevant to your request.   
 
I hope that this suitably answers your request.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with 
this response, you do have the right to request a review.  If you wish to do so please set 
out  in  writing  your  grounds  of  appeal  and  send  to  the  Head  of  Information  Compliance,
