Thank you for your request for information. I have dealt with this in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and enclose the information you requested.
I can confirm that the invoiced external income previously advised for East Market Street garage is in respect of the letting of the garage to Network Rail from October 2004 to March 2006.
The Common Good accounts did not receive any income from the operational use of the garage by Council departments prior to letting the premises to Network Rail. It should however be noted that neither did the Common Good Fund bear any expenditure for the property until 2004/2005.
