Dear Mr Cant,
Re: Freedom of Information request number 1633
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request and subsequent telephone calls.
Please accept my apologies for the previous letter you received with regards to charging. My team log and track the Freedom of Information requests and gather the answers from the departments concerned. On this occasion the manager concerned was unaware that the CIPFA reports could be scanned and supplied to you and therefore the estimation of time to prepare the information you requested was incorrect. This resulted in an incorrect letter requesting payment being issued to you.
The information on the following pages have been supplied in response to your request, along with a scanned copy of our CIPFA returns back to 2000. I hope the information supplied satisfies your original request.
If you are unhappy with the Council's response you can make a complaint via the
Council's complaints procedures and this will be looked into. If you are not happy with
this decision you may then appeal to the Information Commissioner.
Information supplied in response to your request is the copyright of Thurrock Council.
The information has been supplied for your personal use. Except for permitted acts
under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the information supplied may not
be copied, distributed, published, or exploited for commercial purposes or financial gain
without the explicit written consent of Thurrock Council.
Yours faithfully
LHenley
