Homophobic bullying in the workplace |
I have had consent from the Rt Hon Ruth Kelly MP to release her letters and the departmental responses, attached. I am withholding the letters from the constituents under section 40(2) of the FOI Act in respect of personal data, and section 41 in respect of information supplied on a confidential basis. As both of these are absolute exemptions, there is no requirement to carry out a public interest test in this case.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. You should submit an internal review request within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter and you should address it to: Sue Dookun, Corporate Services Manager, 9th floor, Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DU [Government Equalities Office request email]
