Mouchel  to  include  general  text  on  recent  DMRB  modifications  22/01/10

(specifically  the  reduction  of  12  environmental  topic  areas  to  10). 
The  text  will  also  explain  how  construction  related  activities  and 
planning  aspects  will  be  assessed  within  each  topic  area,  and 
serve  to  give  confidence  that  the  final  statement  will  be 
comprehensive.

Mouchel  enquired  whether  the  Scoping  Report  should  be  sent  to  25/01/10

project  stakeholders  upon  issue  to  SMBC.  SS  agreed  that  the 
Scoping  Report  should  be  sent  to  all  statutory  bodies.  The  report 
would be made available to non-stat bodies through the SEMMMS 
website with Mouchel writing to each non-stat body to inform them 
of the report’s availability. 
 
Post Meeting Note: Scoping Report is to be issued electronically on CD to 
non-stat bodies, with an accompanying letter informing them that a formal 
Scoping Opinion has been requested from SMBC as the Competent 
Authority.

Current  plan  is  for  Mandy  Clarke  to  coordinate  all  land  access  29/01/10

issues.  SW  to  arrange  a  meeting  between  Mouchel  and  Mandy 
Clarke in early Feb to discuss and clarify a set of protocols for the 
land access approach.
