Minutes of Meeting held with NPS 04-01-2010

1 NPS had received a brief from SS and were concerned about when 
information would become available to achieve the timescales being 
requested.  It was confirmed that SMBC are now responsible for the 
whole of the design and land issues for the scheme from the A6 to the 
airport.
2 The first piece of work is to feed into an options appraisal for the Styal 
Road junction and associated sections of Relief Road.  Plans would be 
issued in the next 24 hours.  NPS to respond by 18th January** to feed

into a board meeting on 20th January.

3 There is a similar piece of work for the 3rd March for options at the airport 
- drawings to be provided by the end of January.

4 A review of all land and compensation costs is required for 17th March** 
to feed, with estimated construction costs, into the draft business case 
chapters being submitted to DfT on 31st March.

5 NPS to be provided with plans and land ownership information, including 
referencing details, notes of uses and specialist uses.

6 DT to arrange a meeting (to include Mandy Clarke) c.13th January to go 
through the design and the land information that is available.

7 DT to send a summary of the latest land estimate

8 NPS to update their fee proposal prior to an order being issued.

**these precise dates were established from the progamme managers 
after the meeting. It is suggested that they are discussed at the c.13th 
Jan meeting (Item 6 above).
