1. How many times have Northamptonshire County Council refused to

do a Stage 1 investigation of a complaint in the last 2 years.

2. Under what circumstances would Northamptonshire County Council

refuse to investigate a serious complaint that involved child abuse

by an agency social worker working for Northamptonshire County

Council.

Our Response

NCC has been provided with the following information in response to your request.

1). NCC has not refused to carryout any Stage 1 investigations in the last 2 years.

2). NCC would not refuse to investigate a serious complaint that involved child abuse by an agency social worker, working for NCC
