But Appendix 3 (Schedule of Funding Awards) is missing, owing to prior arrangement (to prevent its routine publication) and following a resolution passed in Item 159 by the Board.

As I have observed earlier, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 does not include the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please could you send me:

* Information identifying who made the order to restrict publication of Appendix 3 prior to the Executive Board meeting, why it was made, and under what authority publication was restricted.

* A copy of the missing Appendix 3 of this item.

A response will be sent to you as soon as possible and in any case within the statutory deadline which is 20 working days from the working day after your request was received.

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may prevent the release of information you have requested. There will be an assessment and, if any of the exemption categories apply, the information will not be provided to you. You will be informed if this is the case.
