An email reply to your correspondence was sent out on the 9 September 2008, acknowledging your comments regarding the exceptions that were used for your previous FOI request dated 10 July 2008. A copy of this letter is attached below in Annex A.

Your email dated 5 September at 16:00 was not considered an FOI request as there was no request for information. That letter referred to “your next FOI” which our Unit has not yet received. If you would like to resubmit the request, setting out what information you seek, I will ensure it will be looked into.
