Thank you for your email received on 12 February 2010 requesting that the following information be provided to you:

“ 1) In accordance with FOISA I would like to ask the Council to provide me with the names of all companies in which it owns/holds shares.

2) If you do own shares in companies which of the companies, if any does the Council own 100% of the shares?”

The Council is treating your request as a request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

The information which you have requested is attached.

In no instances does the Council own 100% of the shares in the companies involved.
