Thank you for your review of our response to FR1756 request dated 24/02/2010. Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act and is detailed below in italics with our response.

The information requested must be held at Local Authority Level as

all schools are audited and have to submit annual accounts in

greater detail than simply total spend for all overheads, staffing

and expenditure.

Our Response

Following our initial research into your request for a review, we believe that your initial request should have been answered more fully, and I apologise for this. Information has been identified which is held on our website which would have possibly answered your request. It was not a intentional withholding of information as you will see the information is public facing, but a miscommunication in the handling of the request.

I have provided you with the url to the website where the spread sheets are hosted and you will be able to find the information you requested there. To further assist you I have provided separately a spread sheet containing this information along with the advice which supports the codes used to compile the information.
