I endorse Ms Pook's decision of 9 March 2010 that this request is vexatious.

I endorse Ms Pook's decision of 14 December 2009 which was that some of the information you requested did not exist, other information is published by the Land Registry and the remainder would exceed the appropriate cost limit set out in the FOIA.

I endorse Ms Pook's decision of 9 December 2009, that the information you requested was a repeat of a request refused, following an appeal, on 28 October 2008. You have complained to the ICO concerning that decision and I understand that your complaint is still under consideration.

I refer to Ms Pook's letter of 4 November 2009. Ms Pook fully responded to your request. I can confirm the information was correct. You made reference to other interests of Mr White, Mr Redmond and Ms Seex during the period. None of these activities and interests impinged on fulfilling their employment obligations as Local Commissioners.
