RESPONSE
Under S 1 (1) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), I can confirm that Nottinghamshire Police does hold the information you have requested.
Driving at 50 mph through the 50 mph limited work areas on the M1 Motorway I find myself being overtaken by nearly every other vehicle.
How many prosecutions for exceeding the 50 mph limit through Nottinghamshire are there on an average week?
Since the installation of the speed cameras 16 months ago, the average weekly issue of Notices of Intended Prosecutions has been 89.
