REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000
HIGHWAYS AGENCY INFORMATION LINE REFERENCE 8875116
I am writing to you in connection with a request for information under the above legislation, received by the Highways Agency.
As you can see from the enclosed application, Mr Walker is requesting the number of prosecutions due to road users exceeding the 50mph speed limit through Nottinghamshire on an average week.
