I write further to your email dated 27th January 2011.  
 
On the 15th February 2011, I reviewed the earlier decision in respect of your Freedom of Information 
Act request. 
 
Within your email dated 4th February 2010, you requested the following information: 
 
Can you please tell me how many times Hertfordshire Constabulary have attended searches under 
search warrants or search orders granted to TV licensing in the last year. 
 
Following the response letter dated 23rd February 2010 from Alice Duarte, you submitted a further 
request for information via email dated 9th March 2010 and again on the 30th March 2010; you 
requested the following information: 
 
How much does it cost the public for the police to assist TVL in this matter? 
 
On the 12th May 2010, Alice Duarte responded to your additional request for information via email.  
 
I have carefully considered all of the correspondence, advice and responses associated with your 
requests. 
 
Taking into consideration all the information available to me to review the case, I uphold the original 
responses.  
 
If you feel that Hertfordshire Constabulary has not dealt with your request appropriately or are in 
breach of the Act, you do have the option to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office who is an 
independent body appointed by the government to review and advise individuals on matters 
concerning the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
