I am writing in response to your request for information dated 04^th February 2010 regarding conduct cases dealt with under Section 18 and Appendix 4 of our Conduct Code. You requested the following information for Royal Mail Letters only:

“I would like the following data:-

Years 2007, 2008, 2009. Number of cases dealt with by the National Appeals Panel.

Percentage split of result (Allowed/Refused).”
