FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST  
 
Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request 04th February 2010.  
 
You requested information on: 
 
How many staff in the council have been granted permission to use covert surveillance on 
members of the public since 2005 please? (The OSC advised me to make this request to individual 
councils) 
 
 
An exemption under Section 21 (1) of the Act is being applied.

This exemption applies because the information is accessible to you by other means and can be found in
