Thank you for your request for information received by West Yorkshire Police on 4^th February 2010.

You requested the following information:

Please provide details for the last 3 years of disciplinary matters relating to police staff including PCSOs.

We would be grateful of a breakdown of the matters according to:

a) offence

b) Circumstances or type of offence (e.g. releasing information contrary to data protection act or

being abusive/uncivil to a colleague etc)

c) Sanction

To confirm, the information requested relates to all police staff including PCSOs.

**CLARIFICATION 04.02.2010 - Police Staff Disciplinesin relation to PCSO staff only. **

Please see the attached excel spreadsheet which contains the answers to your request for information.

Please note that Column 3 which details the various sanctions available to West Yorkshire Police for the offences that have occurred over the last 3 years, varies due to mitigating circumstances that emerge whilst the case is progressing and when the full facts of the case become known to the discipline panels hearing the case.
