I acknowledge receipt of your request for a review into your Freedom of Information decision received by our office on the 12th April 2010; which pertains to your original Freedom of Information submission received on the 4th February 2010.
The review will be conducted in accordance with West Yorkshire Police's review procedure as well as ACPO policy and every effort will be made to have a response to you as soon as practicable and in any case within the next twenty days. However, if it becomes clear that the review will not be completed during this period you will be contacted and updated regarding progress of the review.
