I write to clarify the situation with regards to your Freedom of Information request that you made to West Yorkshire Police on 4 February 2010. You requested the following information:

Please provide details for the last 3 years of disciplinary matters relating to police staff including PCSOs.

We would be grateful of a breakdown of the matters according to:

a)offence

b)Circumstances or type of offence (e.g.releasing information contrary to data protection act or being abusive/uncivil to a colleague etc)

c)Sanction
