I am writing in response to your e-mail of 09 March 2010 to advise you that the Department does not hold any information which indicates that members of the Research and Education Advisory Panel (REAP) attended a Common Purpose course in their capacity as members of the Panel. Similarly, there are no records of any monies being paid to the Common Purpose Charity in respect of REAP.

If you are unhappy with the manner in which your request for information has been handled or the decision to release/withhold information you have the right to request a formal review by the Department. If you wish to do so, please write to The Review Section, Information Management Branch, Room 507 Dundonald House, Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3SB, within two months from the date of this letter.

If after such an internal review you are still unhappy with the response, you have the right to appeal to the Information Commissioner at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, CHESHIRE SK9 5AF, who will undertake an independent review.
