County Court Judgments 
Request: 
 
Could you please tell me how many ccj you have been awarded from the last 5 years up 
to date, and also who the judgement/s were for and how much they were/ are for (by ccj I 
mean county court). 
 
Response: 
 
The information you have requested is not held by the Council in a format that enables us 
to reply to you within the appropriate time limit a set out in the Freedom of Information and 
Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004. 
 
Your request is therefore refused under section 12 FOIA 2000 since the cost of 
compliance would exceed the appropriate limit. 
 
The numbers and details of judgments awarded are not recorded separately and to 
ascertain the response would entail a search of all relevant legal files and matters over the 
last five years.   
 
By way of advice and assistance, details of County court judgements may be available 
from the relevant courts as a matter of public record.
