For your info, the attached poster is being delivered to bus garages this week.  
 
Drivers are being reminded that they should stop to pick up passengers even if the 
passengers don’t put their hand out to hail the bus. This is regardless of whether the 
stop is request or compulsory (research shows that passengers don’t notice what 
kind of stop it is anyway). 
 
The posters are intended to back up the information already in the Big Red Book 
(p6).
