In response to your Internal Review request dated 04 March 2010 please see below for our response:

Our partial response to your Freedom of Information request was issued on 5 March 2010 which meant we exceeded the statutory deadline of 25 February 2010. We therefore uphold your complaint that the statutory deadline was exceeded. We apologise for this and are constantly reviewing our procedures to try and improve on performance, in recent months we have received a much higher than average volume of requests which has contributed to this delay.

With regards to the outstanding information please see our response below:
