1.  Could you please advise dates of all meetings you have held with Mid Sussex District Council 
concerning their need to comply with the Habitats Regulations and/or the needs of their LDF to 
include an Appropriate Assessment. 
2.  Could you please provide electronic copies of the Minutes of these meetings. 
3.  Could you please advise, also, dates of any meetings you have held with East Sussex County 
Council, Wealden Council, Conservators of Ashdown Forest and the High Weald AONB unit on this 
or related matters.
