Alleged Campaigns against the DCSF

Thank you for your request for information concerning alleged campaigns against the DCSF.

Your first question asks the council to confirm whether or not we have observed these alleged campaigns and the second whether we have exchanged any correspondence with the DCSF on this issue.

The Freedom of Information Act gives the right of access to recorded information; in this case there is no recorded information concerning alleged campiagns nor is there any correspondence between the DCSF and Cheshire East Council on this issue.
