I am writing in connection with your request (text below) which has been dealt with as “business as usual”, and I apologies for any delay in responding.

“Please provide details of all agreements between HMG and the UN

pursuant to Articles 43 and 45 of the UN charter.

If there have been any briefing sheets (or similar) issued within

the last 12 calendar months on these issues please provide a copy

of the same.”

I should like to inform you that the UK has not concluded any Article 43 or 45 agreements.
