I refer to your email dated 12^th March 2010 expressing dissatisfaction with the

response to your information request and supplementary requests on the same topic.

Please note that I have now reviewed the requests you have made and the responses which you have received.

Firstly, may I apologise for the delay in responding within the statutory time limits.

Secondly, I agree that the salary ranges should have been provided at the time you

were informed of the pay grades.

I have decided to uphold upheld your complaint for the reasons outlined above. In relation to the other information the Council has provided, my finding is that the substance of your requests have been properly answered.
