REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: PHOTOGRAPHS OF MINISTERS
Thank you for your email of 26 January 2010 asking if we hold high resolution
photographs of all Defra Ministers. I have interpreted this as a request for a sample of high
resolution photographs of Ministers, since searching the entire Defra offices for all the
photographs of Defra Ministers, would have involved disproportionate costs and the
request would have been refused
Your request for information has been handled under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’) and I am pleased to inform you that we do hold high
resolution photographs of Defra Ministers. To provide all of them would create a
disproportionate cost but please find enclosed a sample of the most recent ones.
I would also like to apologise for the delay in responding to your request.
The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the Copyright, Designs and
Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for your own purposes, including any non-
commercial research you are doing and for the purposes of news reporting. Any other re-
use, for example commercial publication, would require the permission of the copyright
