Thank you for your email of 19 January 2010, the information you requested is enclosed. This is the recorded information in response to your questions 1. - 9 below.

From the last 100 most recent FOI requests we have 2 on-going reviews.

One review has been completed. It was received on 11 January 2010 and

completed on the 20 January 2010. The original response of information withheld

was upheld.

(7) Whether the FOI Request to the council's knowledge was referred to the ICO.

None from the last 100 FoI's have been referred. As stated under question

6 we currently have 2 recent requests for reviews which are on-going.

(8) Whether the ICO issued any guidance or instruction to the council following this referral.
