Fitness for Practice Regulations
Whilst the introduction to the regulations clearly stipulates the need to ensure fitness for practice in given professions, particularly those involving work with children or the vulnerable, it is thought that the wording of the regulations might merit review to ensure a more sensitive phrasing of the requirements. This could be addressed in the next review of the regulations.
