As the University aspires to the Social Model of Disability the following phrases need to be amended:
Page 1 THE ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND/OR SPECIFIC LEARNING DIFFICULTIES (Should be Disabled students) Page 2 “the disabled” should read disabled students. Also page 4 “students with disabilities” should again be disabled students.
