Thank you for your request for information below: 
 
“Could Natural England confirm that they have been involved in developing such a mitigation strategy, and 
when it might be completed to their satisfaction? 
 
 which we received on 19th January 2010.  We are dealing with your request under the Environmental 
Information Regulations 2004. 
 
We are currently considering the implications of the planning application for features of biodiversity 
importance at Greenwich Park and the extent to which the proposed mitigation in the Environmental 
Statement addresses any adverse impacts, and awaiting the close of the planning window before providing 
our formal response to the application.  Natural England understands this date to be the 27th January but 
this is subject to change.  We will make this formal response available to you.
