The Council has taken the decision to amalgamate your two requests relating to
Glastonbury Festival which are as follows:
Please supply me with any documents/emails etc relating to the Glastonbury
Festival 2009, from the first day of the festival right up to the present day.
I am particularly interested in documents such as the 2007 debrief that you
have on your website, but my request is not exclusive to that.
2010-2016 licence application
Any supporting documents produced by the Festival
Any emails or documents relating to the licence application produced by
Mendip Council.
A Four year Licence for Glastonbury Festival 2007 -2010 was granted by the Council’s
Licensing Board on 26 March 2007. The agenda and reports, together with the relevant

The debrief for the Glastonbury Festival 2009 was carried out by the Council’s Scrutiny Board
