Subject: Freedom of Information request - Purchasing

Dear Sir/Madam,

What is the average cost of the purchase of one bottle of wine
between June 2008 and May 2009? This can be calculated by a simple
division of the total cost of wine divided by the number of
bottles. Further to this, could you tell me what percentage of
bottles of wine were white and what percentage were red.

I hold the figures for June 2007 to May 2008 and am interested to
see if the costs have come down.

Could you further tell me what percentage of the bottles of wine
(not the cost of the wine) came from North America, Chile and
Europe?

Yours sincerely,
Alastair Manderson

PS. If the figures above can only be obtained at too high a cost -
please provide me with more recent figures. Thank you for your
continued help, you are a credit to this great nation.
