Request for Information
 
Thank you for your recent email, which requested information in pursuance of the Freedom 
of Information Act. For clarification, you requested the following:  
 
“Could you provide me with details of any audits that you have undertaken on the North 
Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership including related correspondence and emails; audit 
reports, action plans and recommendations; details of any money being withheld or 'clawed-
back'”  
 
I have now had the opportunity to investigate your request for information, and can confirm 
that we have no record of any audit of North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership having 
been carried out by the Homes and Communities Agency.
