The names of those who were cautioned for the RIPA s.1(1) offences in 2008?

Your request has been handled under the Freedom of information Act 2000 (FOIA). I can confirm that the Department does not hold the information you are seeking.

Cautions data held by the Ministry of Justice do not include the name of the person cautioned. Such information will be held by the individual police forces in England and Wales.
