Please find detailed below the Council's response to your request regarding the distribution / circulation of Northampton Borough Council's (the Council) newspaper.
Section 1(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 places an obligation on a public authority to inform in writing any person making a request as to whether it holds the information. The Council can confirm that we do not produce a Council newspaper that covers more than one topic. Therefore we do not hold any information on this subject and are unable to proceed with your request.
This is not a refusal notice as there is no information to refuse to release
If you consider the Council has not provided the information you have requested you have the right to challenge that decision in respect of your information request within 6 months.
