Dear Sir or Madam,
it is my understanding that a 25mph road speed limit requires
special authorisation from the Secretary of State and that it is
only given in special circumstances. With that in mind could you
tell me how many 25mph speed limits have been authorised and if as
i suspect it is very few would it be possible for you to list who
has been given authorisation to impose such a road speed limit?
