Freedom of Information Act (2000) - Request for Information

I write following our acknowledgement letter, date 7 January 2010, reference FOI/2010/0002/ACK.

Further to your request, please see our response below:

(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are

within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who

are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate

relief; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Please note that the Freedom of Information Act only provides you with a right of access to recorded information. Information supplied to you by North Somerset Council under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or Environmental Information Regulations 2004 will be subject to copyright protection under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1998. You can re-use the information for the purposes of research for non-commercial purposes, for private study or for news reporting and reviews, without requiring formal consent. However, if you wish to re-use the information for any commercial purposes, including publishing, you are required to seek the permission of the copyright holder, which in this instance is North Somerset Council. In line with the Freedom of Information Act (2000) and the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004, the Council reserves the right to charge for disbursements, such as photocopying and postage. However, on this occasion no fee will be charged.

North Somerset Council now considers that it has complied with your request. However, you have a right to appeal if you are dissatisfied with our response.
